David Pereira de Castro is an experienced professional with a background in International Political Economy and Finance, with a particular focus on the green transition, sustainable finance, and the transformation of Multinational Corporations. David has held business-oriented roles such as Data Manager, Project Lead, and Head of Operations, where he led teams to achieve operational excellence and strategic growth. His consultancy experience includes Strategic Advisory and Digital Transformation for the Portuguese Ministry of Economy, where he provided expert guidance on policy development and digital innovation initiatives. With a capacity to dive into complex regulatory frameworks and an ability to adapt strategies to different market conditions, David contributes to Phibon's mission of supporting organizations in their pursuit of sustainable growth, governance, and regulatory compliance across a wide range of industries and markets.
