phibon.eu describes the work of Phibon and the engagements it has delivered. It is published for information. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation, or advice on which you should act without taking advice of your own.
Engagement terms
Advisory work is governed by the written agreement signed for that engagement. Where anything on this site conflicts with a signed agreement, the agreement governs.
Regulatory content
Pages on this site summarise regulation (the AI Act, the GDPR, SFDR, CSRD, the EHDS and others) in order to describe what we do. Those summaries are not legal advice and are not a substitute for reading the instrument or instructing a lawyer.
Client and project references
Engagements are described by sector, by year and by what came out of them. Client names are not published on this site at present. Where a client is named in future it will be because the work is already in the public domain or the client has cleared it.
Intellectual property
The text, design, frameworks and images on this site belong to Phibon or are used with permission. The design system and the frameworks described here may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

We link to external material where it supports a point. We do not control those pages and are not responsible for what they say.
Liability
