2 weeks · one fixed price, agreed up front
You tell us the problem. We look at what you already know and have, and tell you honestly whether and how we can help.

Assessment
6–10 weeks · fixed price for an agreed scope
We look at your problem against a clear standard, such as a regulation or a strategy, and give you a short list of actions in order of priority.
- Where you stand today against the rules or goals that apply
- How you compare with similar organisations
- Findings ranked by risk, each with an owner and a next step
- A workshop with the people who will act on the findings
Retained advisory
6–12 months · monthly fee
For problems that keep changing, such as new regulation or geopolitical risk, where you need ongoing support rather than a single project.

- Quarterly briefings on what is changing and what it means for you
