What we do
Phibon blends scientific rigour with industry expertise across seven areas of practice: data analytics, AI governance, geopolitical intelligence, innovation, strategy, internationalisation and sustainability. Those areas are the disciplines. The sector pages are where they meet a specific organisation's problem.
How we work
Solutions are built for the specific challenge and the specific organisation, and we stay involved past the delivery date, because a framework that nobody operates is not a result.
Phibon is deliberately small. The person who scopes an engagement is the person who does the work. That is the trade: no pyramid of analysts, no technology to resell, no audit conflict, and no implementation arm whose utilisation depends on the answer we give you.
Partnership, not placement
Our approach has centred on partnership, collaboration and transparency since the firm began. Solutions are tailored to the specific challenges and goals of each organisation and aligned with its long-term objectives. The commitment extends beyond the traditional consulting role: we take an active part in what happens after delivery, because the test of the work is whether it is still in use a year later.

What we will be judged on
The work has to hold: every conclusion traceable to its evidence, and able to survive being challenged by a supervisor, a board or a competitor.
The work has to be of use: a framework that nobody operates is not a result, so we stay until someone does.
Left out of the signature on purpose, and never absent: a report that argues, and a framework small enough to remember a week later.
Origins
Where the practice started
Phibon began as a boutique consultancy blending scientific rigour with industry expertise, working in technology, data analytics and strategy through advisory, consulting and knowledge services. Its first description of itself still holds: we use our scientific knowledge to tackle the practical problems faced by contemporary organisations.
