Redesign of the ecosystem's digital platform around its actual users (companies, investors, digital nomads and academia) with SEO, UX and analytics rebuilt from the ground up.
The challenge
The existing platform had low digital engagement, an outdated design and limited functionality for international partnership. It needed to be rebuilt around the hub's new strategic objectives: visibility, discoverability, user experience and international collaboration.

- User-centred design across a diverse user base of tech companies, startups, investors, digital nomads and academia
- Scalability, internationalisation and performance treated as design constraints
- SEO for on-page and off-page optimisation, CMS integration and analytics from launch
- Built with a regional technology hub leadership, local businesses and tech professionals
The outcome
A platform that serves each of its user groups distinctly, is maintainable by the hub's own team, and is measurable from day one.
